Growing up in a region rich in culture and history, he was influenced by his family’s values and the educational opportunities available at the time. In 1906, at the young age of thirteen, he began his formal education under the mentorship of   *Don Tomas Gamboa, a significant figure who played a crucial role in shaping his academic pursuits.
